Building Cultures of Constructive Dialogue Report

Recently I had the pleasure of editing Building Cultures of Constructive Dialogue: A Blueprint for Campus Leaders with the Constructive Dialogue Institute. In their own words, “The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a non-partisan non-profit that equips individuals and institutions with the skills to communicate across differences and build cultures of constructive dialogue.”

The report is intended to help campus leaders implement constructive dialogue initiatives, especially amidst the challenges of the current polarized US cultural climate. I edited the report (but not the web page) and worked with the authors on language accessibility.

You can download the report here.
